Need jewlery repaired? Designed? Made? Or even just cleaned? I can't express enough how amazing this family owned business is. My husband and I worked with Alex (the owner and jeweller) to have a ring created for me. He was extremely humble and accomodating--he even offered to open up on a Sunday if that would work better with my schedule. We are amazed with the results--the attention to detail and quality of workmanship is unparallelled.

Excellent customer service. There was a miscommunication between the store and the gemologist to the tune of $700. I, as the customer, was not asked to pay any part of the repair bill. Can you imagine any other store doing that? I've had them do other work for me previously, always totally satisfied. Great bunch of people working there. My dear, late friend loved working there a few years ago.
