The store in owned by such incredibly kind people, the type that make you feel like family when you go in. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. One can find all kinds of teas, from Wulong to Mucha, from China to Japan to Korea. I Love Saveon foods... I am 83 year old senior and i totally depend on them... just had 2 falls and and hip surgery ... Patrick the IRISMAN... was just here delivering so kind making sure i got everything i ordered... He said my name is Patrick... i looked at him and said you are an IRISHMAN HE started laughing and said yes he was... W e need more people like him.... Most pharmacist at this location was polite but Esther was particularly welcoming and helpful. She helped me with all my needs and more. I have been a frequent customer at your store since it opened.
Occasionally I notice an exceptional employee (there are many) and I commend them in this space.
Today I encountered such an employee and would like to commend him to your attention. Unfortunately, I don't have his name, but he is a taller man maybe in his thirties and he appeared to be Persian.
He was working very hard in the yogourt section at around 6:OO PM. I approached him and commented on his hard work:a valuable employee!

A great little store. Like it's sisters in town, it has wonderful, unique offerings in the front half of the store, but it has an excellent selection of regular groceries in the back half. Some things are a bit expensive, but they are oh so worth the extra. Right now, they have "Spot prawns" which are obscenely great tasting. Check it out. It's worth it@

Staff are very helpful!! Their meats and fish are extremely fresh and they have a top notch meat manager that goes out of his way to be helpful! During Covid it’s the only place I felt safe as they took great precautions and having senior hours to shop made it that much better! It’s a neighborhood treat to have them there!!

The store is clean, selection is decent even with the Covid 19, staff is generally helpful. Their prices are good, beyond competitive on most things though you do need to watch the expiry dates on some items. Only time I shop elsewhere these days is if they dont have something I absolutely need.

Galloways feels like home, a place I trust has only health-giving products and all are at a reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff help to speed up the shopping. I may need only 2 items when I arrive, but when I leave I can hardly carry the bags!
